A new customer on Balmoral Court in Dunblane hired bibllfixit to weed out some part of the garden.
All done and looking nice now.
I have another appointment soon for more work in front of property.
A regular customer (a landlord) asked me to secure more of one of his property Garden Fence posts which had snapped flush with ground due to the combination of rot and Winter storms.
Organised new posts, stained them and replaced old ones, which were just planted (no concrete!) with Fast setting “postcrete”.
A client in Dunblane had problems with his garden drainage, I quoted him for the work and he was reasonably happy to award me the task of fixing it, the plan involved digging a trench around the building, bury a drain pipe all the way (about 25 metres/yards) and cover it with gravel, all the slabs had to be lifted, jet washed and repositioned at 90 degrees, apart from the front of the house that had to be re-levelled.
A total of three bulk bags of gravel, one bulk bag of Sand was needed to complete the work
A new customer in Dunblane needed a greenhouse unit to be removed as the recent Storm damaged some of the glass panes. Job done in a jiffy.

A letting agency has hired me to maintain and fix snags and niggles around their properties, this time a leaking radiator in a property in Bridge of Allan needed seen to.

A garden job in Dunblane today, cut the grass (and trimmed the edges) weeding as well as staining a little fence and a shed.
Some shelves and clothes rails had to be fitted in large cupboard as well as a mirror fitted in the hall way in a property in Dunblane today.
The shelves panels had to be made to measure to fit into space, rail had to be cut to size.
