A regular customer required me to take down an old bedroom chandelier and replace it with a more modern and lovely looking one.

Light fittings
A new customer in Aberuthven needed some ceiling lights replaced with some newer more robust models. The job got a little trickier than expected as the old bulbs were powered by a 12 Volts transformer and the new ones where 240V. All five lights fitted and all working perfect.
Ceiling light replacement
A new customer in Ashfield needed a ceiling light replaced.
Ceiling chandeliers replacement
New customer in Cambusbarron needed some chandeliers fitted on a ceiling, the old fittings had to be moved into another room of the house. All done in a Jiffy and customer delighted.
Faulty ceiling halogen light
A new Customer in Dunblane contacted me on 01786 825 768 to enquire about a problem with one of the Kitchen ceiling halogen light which stopped working a couple of weeks ago.
The problem was due to a faulty wire which needed to be mended from the attic above the room. An exploration to the culprit wiring and some electrical repairs made the light work again.
I am an electrician by trade, lets not forget!
Shower seal and kitchen ceiling light
Another new customer in Dunblane needed a shower basin re-sealed with silicone (the old silicone had gone dark) and a kitchen ceiling light to be replaced with another nicer model.
Home Office removal
A new customer in Greenloaning needed some office furnitures plus some other various items to be removed from home.
I also removed the carpet as the whole room is going to be re-decorated.
Whilst I was there I also re-seated the living room ceiling light which was a bit wobbly.
As we’ve got a big trailer allowing mass removal, all was done in a Jiffy.
Menstrie – Storm Repairs
New customer Living in Dunblane but letting a house in Menstrie. A couple of things needing done:
- Water damaged ceiling needing mended
- Upstairs wall to re surface (a hole was open to repair the water leakage)
- Broken lower glass pane of the kitchen door to be replaced with a panel of wood
- Blown down Garden fence to be re-erected
- Some sockets to replace and others to remove
No problems for Bib! 😀

Curtain pole – Stirling
A regular customer needed a new curtain fitted as well as a light replaced.
A very good customer who gets very good discounts…
Various wall and ceiling fittings and a door planned
New customer in Stirling needed various furniture and mirrors (re)fitted as well as a ceiling light to replace. Also adjusted a washing machine front panel that was wobbly in the kitchen. This customer has subsequently asked me to do some more work for her at her shop near Stirling Castle.
