A Client in Stirling needed some wardrobes and room doors to be skimmed as they were sticking, there also was a problem with a TV aerial socket that was faulty, all repaired and fixed in about 1 hour!

A Client in Dunblane had a leaking gutter, the gutter, made of cast iron was just too old and could not be repaired, I advised him to order some parts needed to replace the faulty items, he will contact me when all is ready to fit.
Although I can procure the parts for a [£25] fee , I always suggest to my customers that they can save money by ordering or getting the parts required for the jobs.
I also am very aware of my limitations and if a job is better done by an expert in less time and better I will advise my client of this. Honesty is always appreciated
A regular customer in Menstrie required a few things mended in a newly rented property:
- Affix lining paper on a plastered wall
- Paint a door
- patch a couple of holes in walls
- refit a piece of skirting board
- A door needed a new handle fitted (which I purchased)
All work carried out over a few ways as the door required a few coats (inc. undercoat)
A new customer in Greenloaning needed some office furnitures plus some other various items to be removed from home.
I also removed the carpet as the whole room is going to be re-decorated.
Whilst I was there I also re-seated the living room ceiling light which was a bit wobbly.
As we’ve got a big trailer allowing mass removal, all was done in a Jiffy.
A regular customer in Dunblane required a door bell to be rewired, all parts were there, but somehow the push button was disconnected from the bell system.
All fixed and working again 😉
